Good fast food with friendly and helpful staff. We both had chicken deluxe sandwiches and shared the onion rings.Restrooms were nice and clean.

Lies! I've been staying in the hotel next door for business reasons, I get off of work at 11 pm. Now this store boast's a open 24 hour drive through sign and a neon open sign. So I pull up at say 11:20pm and see the neon "open" sign illuminated. I pull up to the drive through menu and was asked if I would like a specific menu item. I reply "no thanks" and proceed with my order.... I get no response, so I pull up to the window and see people conversating with no response to me or my order. So I circle and go back through the the drive through where I'm greeted by the speaker again and asked for my order. However this time a angry lady comes out the back door with a cigarette in her hand and screams at me saying "we are closed". Yet all signs said open.

We went there late, but discovered they were out of the hand-breaded chicken tenders. They apologized and offered a solution - - the cute little star - shaped chicken nuggets. Nuggets were DELISCIOUS. Also made us some deliscious, fresh hamburgers, including a HUGE lettuce wrapped one. There is a reason this place is a family favorite. Try the criss-cut fries. Out of this world.

Are there foods good price is kind of high service was good considering they were busy as heck

So last night 8/2/20 I have gotten discharged from my surgery at the hospital At around midnight I was feeling hungry my bf went to get something to eat and see if he could find anything soft for me to eat and he wanted to stay close bcuz he rented a room at the wingate hotel across the street . I just want to say whoever my bf talked to on the grave yard shift is the best there was two girls that went out of their way fixed me up some gravy and biscuits so I could eat something they didn’t just go out of their way but didn’t charge my bf for it ... If I knew the name to those girls I would shout them out !! They are the best thank u btw the food was good I appreciate it god bless their souls 🙏🏽❤️

Good burger chain, empty compared to the other offerings at this rest stop

Refusal to serve somebody with a disability is AGAINST THE LAW! The Americans with disabilities act of 1990 prohibits discrimination based on a disability. Reasonable accommodations must be made to the person with a disability. Refusal of service falls into the discrimination category. Lawsuits may follow.These irrelevant to life minimum-wage employees need some training on discrimination. And how their actions affect others.

Food tasted so good!!! I had the Sopapillas with Pork Chile Verde. My wife had the Pollo Asado Burrito. They were both amazing and came to our table quickly. My Cadillac Margarita was made perfectly and they did not skimp on the alcohol. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and want Mexican food!

I think the burgers are great, a little spendy but worth the money. Friendly service and they didn't mess up the order going thru the drive thru

This Carl's Jr has improved from my previous visits staff is more friendly and my burgers no longer look like a mess. All in all a good place to eat now.

Im on Keto, Carls jr has lettuce wrapped buggers. Their store in Moses Lake was very clean, and the employees very nice and efficient at their jobs.

Closed bathrooms at an obvious traveler heavy off ramp and still expect people to spend money here. Then I gotta pull forward along with the car ahead of me for 2 burgers so you can protect your drive thru times.

Food is good but a bit expensive.

We always love coming to eat at Carl's Jr. I love mixing up my meal and having a little fun with the cashier. I ordered dealers choice burger (cashier picks the burger). She made a great choice and it was just the thing to fill the empty hole in my tummy.

If I could give this place a zero I would. We stood inside at the counter for 15 minutes and were only acknowledged once, 10 minutes into our wait. Unfortunately only the drive thru customers were getting service. Three employees had eye contact (the 4th completely pretended she didn’t see us from less than 10 ft away) and one mumbled something to the effect of we see you. They were busy, not just sitting and ignoring us, but ignoring us nonetheless. After 5 more minutes I asked the one of the two females if she was going to take our order. She just stared at us. Never said a word to us or the other couple standing there who left a few minutes before us. Shame on them. I hope none of the three there had any management role. And for the record, they need to have the masks covering both nose and mouth.

Clan with friendly staff. Or food was hot, fresh and a correct order. Each time we've visited it has been empty.

I never get a full fry carton no matter what size I order. Always old too. Drop in quality recently. 13+ dollars for a medium combo got soggy fries. Carton was half full only. 👎🏽

It was good, but it was expensive. That sugar tax has really ruined eating out & grocery shopping big time. It's drastically changed how much we can eat out. But the food was fresh, hot, & very good.

I enjoy Carl Juniors biscuits and gravy to me they're the same as Hardee's down south just different name, my youngest daughter enjoys their hamburgers I like your hamburgers to, to me it's better than McDonald's.

yesterday, on my way back from seattle I stopped at the moses lake Carl's jr. like I have done regularly for years. my wife and I "both "ordered meals that had a double burger ,fries and a drink. the price for "2" meals was $25. the problem is that when I asked for catsup I was given "1"small container (the equivalent of 2 small packets) for "2" large orders of fries and no napkins.when I asked for more catsup and some napkins i was told that was all i was allowed. SHAME ON YOU Carl's jr. of moses lake.

It was ok, no complaints just ordinary fast food.

Really good. I appreciate their menu items that translate on the WW (Weight Watchers) site. Lets me make good choices.

Tried the new Avocado Double but didn't care too much for it. Maybe jalapeños next time? However, I did take a bite from my hubby's Western 🍔 and it was way more flavorful!

Decent burgers and prices, but in Washington nothing can compare to Dick's Drive-In.

We stopped by for lunch. No line in the drive through which was great. They gave us our order quickly, but did not include napkins. For a restaurant known for MESSY BURGERS that seemed odd. We had to go back to the window and ask for napkins. No apologies were offered by staff for their oversight. - I ordered a bunless Famous Star burger. The pictures on the menu showed leafy lettuce but we only got iceberg. Definitely not the same experience for my palate! - My husband was happy with his burger, though.

The staff were nice. It looked like a clean place. Just excellent service.

It's good food but I don't go here very often

Its an ok place to eat. The only thing different about they're burgers is they put the lettuce, onion and tomato underneath the burger patty. I will say it simply. When the food is fresh its amazing, when its not, well it sucks. Just like any other fast food burger joint.

Nice interior and out the only i would complain about is the seats are assumed to be cushioned until you sit on them

Steak and egg burrito. Get one.... Great job getting a combo meal done in 2-3 minutes. The place was empty, and they crushed it. Food was hot and the staff was friendly!

One gripe: Regular iced tea does not have raspberry in it. Why is this even a question? Very tasty food though.

Staff was friendly, tables were clean, food was good. The cookies weren't great, but they were cheap.
